Scott had a mini stroke while he was in church on last Sunday and a massive stroke on this past Sunday. I spoke with her on late last night. Under the circumstances, she is doing as well as expected. She said doesn't seem to have an appetite, but I tried to encourage her to eat, not because she's hungry but rather to keep up her strength.

The Wake is scheduled for this forthcoming Sunday evening (November 4th) from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Services are under the direction of:
Woodward Funeral Home
1 Troy Avenue
Brooklyn NY 11213

The funeral service is scheduled for Monday morning, November 5th. Sis. Scott is unsure at this time whether the funeral will be at her church, Cornerstone Baptist Church or the funeral home. She is waiting to get the schedule from her pastor to make the final arrangements. The Associate Pastor was there on last night when I spoke with her, but he was unable to solidify the arrangements. As such, these details are incomplete at this time.

We are asking all states that will to please send a Resolution or some type of acknowledgement to the affect. Sis. Washington will be providing a Resolution for the State of Florida’s Sunbeams, Hannah B. Miller Grand Sunbeam Council.
