Funeral service will be Saturday July 11 at 11:00am at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church 421 South Pennsylvania Ave. Winter Park, FL, Rev. AC Cobb, Pastor.
Wake will take place Friday night July 10 at 7:00pm at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. His remains are with Marvin C. Zanders Funeral Home in Apopka, FL.

Mr. Simon Sylvester Hart, 63, of Cromwell, CT., husband of Annie (Weaver) Hart and brother of PGM C. Brian Hart, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 25, surrounded by his family at Middlesex Hospital.
Born in Middletown, Connecticut, he was the son of the late Rev. Zack and Madglen (Webb) Hart.
Simon lived in Cromwell for over 30 years, was a member and a deacon of the New Jerusalem Christian Center in Middletown, worked for Northeast Utilities for 34 years and served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.
Besides his wife, Simon is survived by three daughters, Stacy Hart, Samantha Hart, Shanda-Sherye Hart-Winston, all of Cromwell; two brothers, Joseph Lavern Hart of Tallahassee, Fla., and C. Brian Hart of Miami, Fla.; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 29, at 10 a.m., at Shiloh Baptist Church, 346 Butternut St., Middletown, with the Rev. William J. McKissick Jr. officiating.
Interment will follow in Indian Hill Cemetery in Middletown.
Friends may call at the church before the service from 9 to 10 a.m. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at doolittlefuneralservice.com.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Millage Lovett, Sr. , the Brother of Bro. Ollie Hutchinson of Eureka Lodge #51, Jacksonville, will be on Friday, November 21, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in New Jerusalem One More Change Ministry with Rev. Cecil L. Mobley, pastor and officiating.
Millage leaves to cherish fond memories: his wife, Jacquelyn Lovett; his children, Pamela, Rosalyn and Millage, Jr.; three stepchildren; his sister, Earlene Hart; four brothers, Ollie Hutchinson, Robert Leverett, John and Charles Lovett; seven grandchildren; eight great grand- children; other relatives and friends.
Public visitation for Mr. Lovett will be in the mortuary on Thursday, November 20, 2008, from 1:00-6:00 p.m. and in his church on Friday, from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service.

BEULAH M. PETERSON, 68, Winter Park, FL went home to be with the Lord Monday, October 6, 2008.
She was a member of Reddick Memorial First Born Church, and she worked for the Orange County Public Schools for over 25 years in the Food Service Department, as a Cafeteria Manager. She is survived by daughters, Shay Peterson and Evelyn Peterson; son, General Peterson, II; one sister and seven brothers; 13 grands, six great grands.

Brother Rudolph "Punkin" Cole Sr. 64, Orlando, FL, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2008.
He was a very faithful member of Mt. Olive A.M.E. Church, Orlando, serving on the Trustee Board. He was serving as The Worshipful Master of Kenneth M. Yates Masonic Lodge #15, Orlando. He was also an Army Veteran.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mae Thelma Cole; daughters, Wanda (Earnest) Bryant, Wrendy (Gregory) Roddy, and Watara (Isaac) Mann; sons, Rudolph (Shandra) Cole, Jr., and Tyrone Johnson; sisters, Mary (Paul) Curry, and Yolanda McCree; brothers, Alonzo (Josephine) Cole, Huey (Joyce) Williams, Jr., and Michael Woods; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grands.

Brother Ross Isom
Bro. Isom Ross passed away on May 30, 2008 peacefully at home surround by family in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.   He was 80 years old (Jan. 3, 1928).   He was the a Past Worshipful Master of  McDonald Lodge #70, AF&AM District Deputy Grand Master in District #9 and a Minister of the Gospel for many years.   He last pastured Springfield Baptist Church in Fort Lauderdale, FL. until his illness would not allow him to continue.

Brother James Richard Wilder Sr.
Bro. James Richard Wilder, Sr., 92, passed away May 23, 2008 at The Earl B. Hadlow Center for Caring, Community Hospice of Northeast Florida. He was born in
Allenhurst, GA on April 1, 1916 to the late Richard and Josephine Wilder. He moved to Jacksonville, FL at an early age and became a life long resident. He served in the United States Air Force and served as President and Founder of the Northeast Florida Summer Camp in Palatka, FL for several years. He loved mentoring and providing extra curricular activities for children every summer. He attended Duval county public schools and graduated from Old Stanton High School. He earned degrees from Edward Waters College (AA), Florida Memorial College (BS) and Florida A&M University (MA).

A well-known educator in the Duval county public school system, he served as a teacher and curriculum assistant for 23 years. After retirement, the City of
Jacksonville employed him as manager of the Hammond Senior Center. He was a member of the following organizations: Eureka Lodge #51, AF&AM, Kappa Delta Pi Educational Foundation, Duval County Retired Educators Association and Florida Retired Educators Association. Mr. Wilder joined Zion Hope Missionary Baptist Church at an early age and became a faithful member serving on Usher Board #3 and District I. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 24 years Evelyn C. Wilder; daughters Kathy Cooper Murphy and Camilla L. Cooper- Mbowe; Joyce Tinsley, Essie Mae Fason, Jackie Quarterman, Annette Kashif and son James Wilder, Jr.; granddaughters Caralyn Mbowe and Lenora Tate (Quinton); great granddaughters, Khiyah and Akilah Tate; devoted daughter-in-law Royce Wilder and grandson Anthony Wilder (Susie); devoted sister Vivian Wilder Tutt and special cousin James Long (Ruth) both of Miami, FL; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends Dr. Ezekiel Bryant, Henry McMickens, and Reverend and Mrs. Robert Smith of Daytona Beach, FL. Cortege will assemble at church at 11:30am

Sister Essie Mae Sullivan, passed away peacefully at home May 20, 2008. Survivors include four children, six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, a loving caretaker, Paula, and a host of nieces, nephews, and many special friends including a special friend, Oscar Peek. She was a member of the Masonic Family.
